Easiest breakfast: Chia pudding

Today I have a recipe for you!! Something a little different, but I’ve just been loving my chia seed pudding for breakfast so much, that I wanted to share it with you all :)
Chia seeds have several health benefits, here are a few: They’re full of fiber! That’s important for the digestive system. They’re packed with omega-3 fatty acids. Hey, they’re good for ya! They’re full of protein, which means they’ll keep you feeling full for longer.


2½ tablespoons raw chia seeds
1½ dl. milk (I use cow milk, but any substitute will do)
½ teaspoon vanilla powder (You can also use cocoa powder or even chai to flavour it)


Mix all ingredients in a bowl and cover with a lid/plate. Let it sit in the fridge overnight or at least 2 hours. And that’s it!! So easy, anyone could make it ;)

The chia seeds absorb more than 12 times their own weight, so before you’ll know it you’ll have a lovely pudding. The seeds have no particular flavour, so I like to mix the pudding with fruits and berries. Here I used mashed raspberries and passionfruit! Yummyyyy!!
